Joy John Thuruthikara leads the J&A Business Group, a multi-faceted and fast growing enterprise and an a ISO 9001-2015 Certified company. He had several professional pitstops before taking the big leap into the world of entrepreneurship. Joy had enough ex- perience in handling various job roles at companies like Industrial Consulting Bureau Limited (ICB), Taylor Instruments Company Limited and a de- cade-long stint as an Instrumentation Engineer at the Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) before diving into the world of business. This experi- ence became a rich set of resources that he drew from when he started his entrepreneurial journey in 2001. While continuing to work with KNPC, he launched the J&A Business Group which initially focused on migration and higher studies in Kuwait and in 2005 November he started an office in Kerala named J & A Migration Consultant & Tourism Pvt. Ltd. 10 years lat- er, in the August of 2010, the company opened a new division for Contracting and trading business. Around the same time, his company license got converted to a WLL company under the banner of J&A General Trad- ing and Contracting Company WLL (Jamal Al Kashan General Trading & Contracting Co. WLL). Soon after this, the company expanded operations in different part of Kerala in the same brand name as J&A Migration

J & A Business Group have achieved the Recruitment license from Govt. of India in the year of 2009 and started a new division that focused on over- seas manpower recruitment and set up with offices in Kuwait and India for Manpower Placement Business. Services offered by the company diversified further spanning Construction and Maintenance contracting work, material and manpower supply, Different Train- ing Courses like Corporate and Soft skill Trainings, IELTS, OET, French, German, Diploma in Computer application, different hospitality related courses along with Migration and Study abroad business.

He enjoys writing fiction and playing chess. He is also an ardent traveler and has visited over 30 countries till date. Joy lives in Kuwait with his wife Asha Jacob who works with the Ministry of Health in Kuwait as Chief Chem- ist. The couple has two daughters, Anju and Anjali.
