Sunoj Nambiar is the Founder and Director of IndiansinKuwait.com – the number one online media in Kuwait for the Indian expatriates living in Kuwait. Focused on the bi-directional growth of the media on both increasing the readership and revenue, Sunoj Nambiar made a place among the Indian community in Kuwait.
He launched the online portal IndiansinKuwait.com in the early 2000, which now is one among the top-rated online media in Kuwait (as per similarweb rating agency). With his IT background, Sunoj developed the portal at a time when there was no social media exists and gradually made it to a one stop solution for all the Asian expatriates living in Kuwait. Currently IndiansinKuwiat.com is a licensed online media by the Ministry of Information – State of Kuwait and is having a registered office in Kuwait with a strong team of 12 staff under him.
Among the esteemed personalities he has interviewed include India’s External Affairs Minister Dr. S Jaisankar, Infosys Chairman Shri N. R. Narayana Murthy, Chairman of Maruti Suzuki Shri R. C. Bhargava, Former Minister Shri Suresh Prabhu and an array of India’s leading equity strategist including Saurabh Mukherjea and Ramesh Damani among others. He also had the honor of interviewing accomplished artists and cultural icons like Ustad Amjad Ali Khan and Adnan Sami among others.
At IndiansinKuwait.com, he made a well-defined audience profile for the news portal and worked towards targeting them in both online and offline space. Hailing from Kannur, in Kerala, Sunoj landed in Kuwait in the year 1999. His wife Deepika Nambiar is also a part of IndiansinKuwait.com. They have two kids Snigdha and Yuktha – both of them are studying in Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Kuwait.
